How to book a party!
1) Call (210) 695-4030 to make sure the date you are looking for is available. The earlier that you call the higher the chance your preferred time slot is available.2) Have your party information such as number of people, what type of party it is and the type of occasion ready.
- A minimum of 10 is required at $15 per person.
- An extra $40 charge is taken if you would like to make it a private party.
- Private parties can operate on their own time schedule, running as fast or as slow as they choose, and have full use of all 12 fields, where as public parties play with the general public.
- Private parties are highly recommended for new players, as well as birthdays, church groups, and family play.
- For private parties with 15 people and over, an additional referee is required. This will make the $40 private party deposit increase to $80.
3) When you call, your required information will be taken and a deposit will be charged ensuring that your date is locked.
Example: ($15 x 10 people) + $40 private charge = $190 deposit
